Know Better, Do Better
Know Better, Do Better is an interactive workshop designed to help individuals recognize how hidden influences can shape perceptions, decisions, and behaviors often without realizing it. Through engaging activities, real-world examples, and thoughtful discussion, participants will explore the subtle ways in which assumptions and ingrained habits impact interactions in the workplace and beyond. The session empowers attendees with practical strategies to cultivate greater awareness, discover blind spots, foster more inclusive environments, and make more thoughtful, equitable choices in everyday situations.
Better Practices in Hiring
Building a diverse workforce starts with creating an inclusive culture where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued. By fostering a welcoming environment, your organization will be better positioned to attract and retain top talent, enabling you to meet the evolving needs of an increasingly diverse clientele.
This daylong workshop allows leaders to understand the need for providing brave spaces where tough questions can be asked without fear of retaliation, understand why we should not hire for “culture fit”, learn and apply the most common biases in hiring. It will also allow time to reflect on ways to mitigate bias in the three areas of the hiring process: Pre-Interview, Interview Process, and Job Offer: Follow-Up & Onboarding.
Culturally Competent Leader
Leaders today are expected to navigate generational divides and bring together people from many backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Leading diverse teams to success requires culturally competent leaders who are better equipped to foster collaboration, promote mutual understanding, and build trust among employees. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is a globally recognized way of assessing and improving effectiveness in culturally diverse situations. We will guide you on a journey of transformation as you engage with multiple assessments and tools to build cultural competence. These tools, coaching sessions, and workshops promote insights, reflective learning and action that allows individuals to invest in leadership development.
Conflict Resolution
Organizations may choose to invest in the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® (ICS®) to better navigate the challenges that arise from communication misunderstandings and conflict resolution styles. Misunderstandings often stem not from intent, but from deeply rooted cultural differences in how individuals express concerns and seek solutions. By using the ICS®, teams can develop greater awareness and adaptability in cross-cultural interactions, leading to more inclusive, respectful, and productive environments.
Engage in this workshop to increase cultural self-understanding of communication and conflict resolution approach, cultural other-understanding of diverse approaches used to communicate ideas and resolve conflict to more accurately interpret the statements and actions of the other party and improve communication and conflict resolution across cultures!
Bridging the Gap: Effectively Working Across Generations
This interactive workshop is designed to foster connection, understanding, and collaboration among multigenerational teams. Through engaging activities, peer dialogue, and real-world scenarios, participants explore the values, communication styles, and workplace expectations that shape each generation. This experience invites curiosity over assumptions and empowers teams to co-create more inclusive, productive work environments. Ideal for organizations looking to strengthen intergenerational trust and teamwork.
Peer Learning Circles
Peer Learning Circles create intentional space for meaningful conversations that rarely happen in the flow of the workday. These facilitated sessions bring people together around topics selected by the organization, combining shared learning with guided discussion to support alignment, connection, and company culture. Each circle includes a brief learning component to establish a common language, followed by facilitated dialogue that helps participants reflect, learn from one another, and apply insights to their real work. The focus is on practical understanding, shared perspective, and strengthening how people work together.
Peer Learning Circles help organizations slow down just enough to build trust, reinforce values, and turn conversations into consistent action.
