Cultural Intelligence (CQ) – CQ 360
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to effectively adapt and interact with people from diverse cultures. It’s not just about knowledge of different cultures, but also about the motivation, strategy, and action one takes when engaging with people from various backgrounds. CQ involves understanding cultural differences, being aware of their impact, and adapting one’s behavior accordingly.
Benefits of CQ:
The CQ 360 assessment measures an individual’s capability for working and relating effectively across cultures by measuring self-rated and observer-rated scores.
Team Behavioral Preferences Mapping
Behavioral Preferences (also called Cultural Values) are preferences people have for how they navigate life. These values indicate how people prefer to interact, communicate, plan, and complete tasks. There are no right or wrong preferences. Effective Teammates know how to flex their behavior to accommodate different teammate preferences. Effective Leaders know how to accommodate team member preferences when leading the team.
This is one of the most effective tools for improving team communication and overall performance.
